I travel for work, so there's no difference between carrying this item or a blue tooth with the charger cord. My old blue tooth was damaged in my computer bag during a trip, so I like having something inexpensive now.
The increase in sound quality from my old blue tooth is quite noticeable. The cord is a small distraction, but I'll take that in concert with the better sound quality and not having to keep the device charged.
One thing to mention is that my device arrived with the microphone on mute. I initially thought it was broken, but found the switch to turn on the microphone. I hope that helps someone if need be.
The bottom line is this thing is cheap and works really well.

This is a great product for the price. I really like the attached headsets (as opposed to bluetooth) because you never have to charge it. The earpiece is pretty comfortable, and I can use it for long conversations. The only problem is you need to have the headset positioned correctly over your ear so that the microphone is at the right place. If the headset slides off your ear slightly, the other person will complain that the sound is muffled. It's usually not a problem, but I do have to adjust the headset several times in a long conversation to make sure it's always positioned correctly.

This earpiece works exactly the way is should and was much better than the cheaper ones you find at Walmart. The seller had very good customer service even on such a small item. Thank you and I have no reservations about ordering from you again.

Well this prouduct is inserted inside your ear and the worst part is that when text messages come through...yup beep beep loud in your ear. OMG! so scared to put it in my ear unless I've already dialed and had the other party pickup the phone. I'm definitely going to buy a different product because hands free makes it so much easier to multi-task.
