The case looks fine from the front but has a huge rubber protrusion on the back that is supposed to allow for rolling up your earbuds. That is what is meant by "Headset Management System". They might as well have featured that the case has a large rubber tumor sticking out of the back and making it impossible to put this in your pocket (or for women, their purse) without having trouble accessing it every time. After 10 minutes my wife took it off and tossed it in the trashcan.

This case fit my iPhone 2G perfectly. The headset management system was perfect for me because I use my headphones all the time. However, I would not recommend this case for someone who doesn't use their headhphones a lot. The headset management system sticks out and could be annoying for those who don't use it.
