Best sound quality and fit of any of the lower priced headsets. The interchangeable ear pieces make it easy to get it to fit your ear. Very comfortable to wear for long periods (2 hours or more).

This model, the C200, is one of 4 Jabra headsets I have ordered. I continued to try different Jabra models because the ear piece is by far the most comfortable and best sound quality I have ever used, however, all 4 Jabras had very poor microphone quality. With each one, the persons on the other end could not hear me. Disappointed. I found that they worked well will a cell phone, but not with a cordless phone.

This product arrived in a timely manner however the clip that was attached to the cord was broken. Only half of it was attached the other half was not in the package, so I assume it was packaged broken. It fit my ear perfectly. However, in my flawed wisdom I ordered the headset that is incompatible with my phone jack. So I can't comment on sound quality. It was only a couple of bucks so I didnt send it back or request a return. Honestly, I threw it out and didn't look back. I did purchase the bluetooth version of this product and it works great.
