After trying numerous hands free devices, I finally found this. I love the fit, and the sound is great for me and the person that I'm speaking to. I had 1)speakerphones with tons of glitches, 2)the pricey ones that hook onto the ear, and 3)other earbuds that constantly fell out. I have small ears. The way that these are made fit very snugly. They come with 3 different sized rubber pieces for a customized fit. Love them!

I bought this headset to go along with my new LG 800g Tracfone, and I have to say that I'm very happy with it. It's not a high-end, audiophile friendly headset, but it sounds good with the 800g's mp3 player and integrates fully with the phone. The send/end button works as it's supposed to, and the mic picks up my voice well. You will have to use the shirt clip, though, if you plan to use it to talk, because although it still works, when I just let the set hang the mic rests somewhere around my belly button. Overall, though, for the price this is a great little headset that fits snugly, sounds good and works even on a phone that it wasn't advertised to work with.

Wow, this is the best set of Buds (Phone Mic combo) I have ever owned!! Works Perfect with my LG phone. The Sound quality is beyond any EarBuds I have ever owned. The sound level while talking or using the phone's MP3 is so clear and loud, I actually had to turn the phone volume down to level 2 (out of 8) while I use them. These Buds actually amplify the sound.. And for the Price, There is not a Better set of EarBuds on the market. I have a $200 Bose set (no mic is why I bought these) and I use these buds instead.. The cord is a little long, but most people will find this as a PLUS rather than a Negative..

I order this hands-free as i had lost my handsfree that came with LG Optimus V. I had not received this piece even after 7 days. wrote an email to them at 2am. Got their call at 2:10 am stating that they would ship another in first class mail.
And they actually did that. I love this new handsfree. Very clear and is of good quality.
And as for customer care, i would say these guys are very good and prompt.
I would recommend this hands-free.

I have ENV Touch phone and these stay in my small ears, sound good, and my voice sounds good through mic.
