I got this item shipped from Accessory One. They have been pretty good in the past and I have purchased stuff from them many times, but this time, I got the headset in a ziplock bag. I somehow got the feeling it was not original packing.
Anyway, i had truble in understanding how to hook it up...basically the loop attaches to the bottom of your ear (ear lobe actually). I think if the ear piece could have gone inside the ear a little bit, it would have been a perfect fit. The fit is secure to me, but i think that feature could have made it better.
I have not tested the noise reduction feature yet, but have had no complaints when I have used it on conference calls.
Overall, a good buy, but there is always something better to find...

I ordered 2 of these , but recieved one and got the other one as a wrong item. I notified the seller and quickly got the replacement. They were a pleasure to deal with and I happy with the headset

This item was advertised to support Blackberry units but the headset would not work with them. However, the supplier took back the unit and made a full refund. I would buy from them again because they stand behind their products.
