Great Buy!... I loved it so much, I purchased 2 more for my friends. Excellent delivery, great sound. Works with Ipod, Laptop, Blackberry and other.

Firstly, I want to mention that my intent was to buy two more Ayl speakers that Amazon used to sell. They disappeared - no longer available. Those were really good-sounding units, and at a good price compared to similar devices. All other sites that sold them linked to Amazon.
So I saw these X-Max speakers on Amazon and bought two of them in place of the Ayl speakers I wanted. These X-Max speakers sound not even a fraction as clear as the Ayl. They have more bass, but all the dynamic range of the input is compressed into lower frequencies. I liked listening to the Ayl, these are a chore to listen to. Everything sounds worse through these X-Max speakers than anything else I use, except perhaps the free airline headphones I got on my last Continental flight. The earphones that came with a $1.00 radio I got at the dollar store (a quick gimme gift for a kid) sound better. I gave them two stars because they are reasonably loud. They work as advertised. They do link together to make more noise. They just don't sound very good. I suggest going elsewhere if you are wanting to listen to music from a laptop. The music will likely sound worse than you want - unless all you care about is bass, then you might find them acceptable.

I am very satisfied with my purchase, it exceeded my expectations!! Sounds Amazing!! Everyone who see's this little thing wants to take it from Me.. I just got it and i know not to leave it around.. Its so Tiny, from the picture you would think it was a nice size, but its so Small and Light, like the size of one of those Globes that the toys come in in the Toy Machines @ the Supermarket.. Definately a conversation piece!! and for the Price... This is a Must have!!!
