Return Policy

If you have any comments or concerns regarding your order, please e-mail us at Service@A1Accessories.com.  We believe communication is key to any business relationship, so it is important for customers with any concerns with their purchase to e-mail us first. If we are not aware of a problem, we will not be able to resolve it.  As shipping fees are paid by us in advance, shipping/handling fees are NEVER refundable once a package has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY ON GENERAL ITEMS
All return and exchange requests must be made to Returns@A1Accessories.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Upon receipt of request for return or exchange, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a ship-to address for returning the merchandise.  Merchandise returned without the required RMA number will be rejected once received.   All returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition and packaging, uncut, unmodified, unused, and also must be in RESTOCKABLE CONDITION in order to receive a refund or exchange.  Any items returned to us that are not in this condition will not be refunded and will be shipped back at your expense. All non-defective merchandise returned or exchanged will be charged up to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. 

RETURN POLICY ON SOFTWARE OR DATA CABLE WITH SOFTWARE

Any data products with software CANNOT be returned for any reason unless defective, and are available for exchange only. To request an exchange on a defective data cable or software CD, please e-mail the details of your request to Returns@A1Accessories.com. We will make every effort to promptly resolve defects and exchange the item for a new, working item. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify compatibility with your phone, as well as the functionality of the software with your phone prior to purchasing. You may e-mail us first if you are unsure of support or feature availability for your specific model phone.


WRONG ITEMS SENT
If we shipped you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the error. We make every effort to double check orders prior to shipping, but occasionally a mistake will happen. Please e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase with the information on your order and a description on what you received, and what you should have received. We will work with you on getting the correct item promptly shipped.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS RECEIVED
We strive to offer the best quality items available at the best prices for our customers. However, as with any manufacturer, a small percentage of items will be defective. If the item you received is defective, you may return it for a prompt replacement. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge when the defective item is returned. Please e-mail Returns@A1Accessories.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase along with your order number and details on the defect of your product. We will return your e-mail with details on how to exchange your purchase for a brand new working item.
